In the 10th episode of the #AskTheHulk series of Salesforce Hulk Vaishnavi Badekar raised the question “Why Companies are not hiring freshers even if they are Salesforce certified?”
Shrey agrees with the situation that happened with the Vishanavi and he gave three reasons why Companies are not hiring the freshers even if they are salesforce Certified.
And also he suggested the ways to get a Job
- Find out the company who are hiring freshers
- Build connections with people who are already in the Salesforce Ecosystem by attending the meet-ups and events.
At last but not least Shrey revealed what he would do if he was in the position of Vaishnavi. And he assures his strategy will definitely work out.

- Basic knowledge of Java
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- CSS
