I am pretty hands on with Technology, People, Money & Life. I can help you become too!

One thing I always knew is that the true seeker always gets it. If you haven't yet got it then your seeking is not deep enough.

IN RETROSPECT

Since childhood, everything intrigued me—money, business/power, value, and whatever life threw my way. The curiosity wasn't sufficient to create something meaningful in this world. It was accompanied by hunger to learn, the commitment to push through, the resilience to never give up, and luck that allowed me to execute. This amazing adventure paved the way for humility. The lesson? "If success doesn't make you humble enough, it is not the real one!"

2013

In just the first year of college, I chose hands-on learning over formal education. After briefly getting into startup ideas and failing, I decided to join my father's business. Later, when it became difficult to work with him I jumped to coding, striving to become exceptional in it.

2014

I completed programming languages and data structures, which are essentials for landing an engineering job earlier than others. With two years left in college, I worked as a doubt faculty and then discovered Salesforce. As there was no one teaching it back then, I took it upon myself to learn.

2015

In my 2nd year of college, I got Salesforce certified, sparking interest among peers and seniors. They asked me to train them, leading to the creation of S2 Labs to help others build their Salesforce careers.

2016

As I graduated, offers poured in from top Indian and U.S. firms, but I stayed in Jaipur, scaling S2 Labs. Soon, I dived into Salesforce consulting, fueled by Salesforce Hulk—the first and largest independent Salesforce community that I had started to produce Salesforce content on Youtube.

2017

I dedicated myself to managing Salesforce Hulk, S2 Labs, and my consulting business, working tirelessly to balance and grow all three simultaneously.

2018

When I couldn't handle all the assignments alone, I built a team of 5, founding Cyntexa—a 100% bootstrapped company that has grown into a thriving organization with over 450 team members today.

2019

With projects and hiring struggles, I learned my first lesson of entrepreneurship: uncertainty is part of life, and I must be ready for whatever comes.

2020

Being named the 'Youngest Salesforce MVP' came with the role of delivering more and more value to the industry.

2021

The COVID pandemic hit, but the IT industry boomed, and I had the responsibility to build a team capable of meeting the demands of the projects we received.

2022

This was the time when I had to choose between our values and retaining people, and I chose our values above anything else.

2023

As the team grew, my focus was on building an MNC culture with the right systems, processes, policies, and strategies.

2024

With the growing team came the responsibility of building leaders. Therefore, I was invested in ‘manufacturing talent’ within the organization.
